Big Boy Websites is a company that provides a ‘no money up front’ web design and build service, in my time here, I have been the lead designer on over 150 websites.
My responsibilities involve:
Client Liaison—providing a high level of customer service, I assist in providing clients with the best solution for their business
Web Design—designing and building engaging websites for small, medium and large businesses using the BBW content management system, utilising code (HTML, CSS) when required
User Interface and User Experience Design—Working within a brief, researching, user testing and analysis of data to provide clients with the best solution for their business
Graphic Design—providing branding solutions to a range of businesses, from logos, business cards to brochures. I also design our internal promotional products and materials for our sales team
Training—passing on knowledge to new employees and documenting training systems and processes
Minor Back End—Taking websites live, setting up emails and connecting Analytics and Webmaster

Sarah's responsibilities involved:
Client Liaison—meeting with clients and liaising on a daily basis ensuring their systems were working the way they’re needed to
Graphic Design—designing and providing content for internal brochures, business cards, logos and icons
Website Design & Development—designing websites for clients, updating and maintaining existing websites (via Wordpress and other CMS systems), using problem solving skills, HTML and CSS
Project and Team Management—testing and scoping all changes/modifications/upgrades to systems and managing a team of 5 – 8 of developers from Bangladesh
